웹앱을 처음 실행 시 일시적으로 보여주는 페이지

👩‍💻 요구 사항과 구현 내용
처음 실행 시 3초 동안 나타난 후 포스트 페이지로 이동
세션 스토리지를 사용하여 창을 닫고 다시 실행해야만 나타날 수 있도록 구현
