This PR adds a plot visualizing the convergence criteria for a given gdx.
There is no backwards-compatibility and the plotting depends on remindmodel/remind#1441
Can be tested using gdxes from these runs: /p/tmp/lavinia/MO/test_Nash_conv_tracking/remind/output/
