v0.18.2.1 introduced some changes to make the plugin more stable on Linux. v0.18.2.2 makes some minor changes to ensure the serial port initialisation is more stable and doesn't leak memory when cleaned up.

This is my first release with the new serial handling routines. It's working OK for me on Mac OS and Linux, but further testing is needed before I call it stable.
