Handle files that are picked up by the extends that are invalid (break / ignore / warn?)
extends can be a list of paths: https://devblogs.microsoft.com/typescript/announcing-typescript-5-0/#supporting-multiple-configuration-files-in-extends
tsconfig can be named something else
