[PAGOPA-2191] feat: Add ReceiptStatus logic

List of Changes

• sessionId has been added in RTEntity
• ReceiptStatusEnum has been added in RTEntity
• In RTRequestEntity, domainId, iuv, ccp, sessionId properties have been added to handle SCHEDULED state.

REDIRECT = a redirect was made to wisp-converter (hence there was a RPT)
SENDING = receipt forwarding is in progress
SCHEDULED = sending was not successful and retries were made
SENT = the sending was successful
NOT_SENT = even the retry attempts were unsuccessful

Motivation and Context

• Improve monitoring and automated recovery
