Serverwiz2 v2.7

Notes:
To use for first time, download serverwiz2.jar into a clean directory and run:
java -jar serverwiz2.jar

When running first time, you will be prompted for git directory location.

Changes:

• Add support to read targetTypeExtension tag in target types files
• Fix attribute inheritance bug
