Major changes:

• "feature" is not “程序”, what for “程序” is "program", so "feature" shall be “特性” or “功能”. Since Jetsam is controlled by launchd which not what exposed to regular users, “特性” is chosen for this scene.
• "Multiplier" is some “器”(-ier) to "Multiply" something, but there's no proper Chinese words for this scene, maybe “倍加器” but still weird. The only way to make sense is to migrate from "Multiplier" to the form of "multiply xxx with xxx", which is what previous translation ignored.
• "Many" is not “部分”，“部分” is "part of"/"some of"/"several"/"some", but the original text is exactly "many", so the corresponding word should be “很多”/“大量”/“多”.
• "Allow JIT in Apps" was mistranslated to something like "Allow JIT to be applied to Apps", since the usage of JIT is explicitly requested by a specific program and its internal logics instead of some sort of "granting", the original translation may mislead people to think "JIT" is applicable to any applications and my applications can be faster than faster. So replaced “允许在……中使用……” with “允许……使用……”.
