I recently discovered that in PR #687, I accidentally degraded the quality of some images inside the PK3's, despite claiming otherwise.
For example, you can see this with 2200.png inside nblood.pk3, where the small red cubes on the bottom right lose some of their shades of red.
The top one is what it's supposed to look like, and the bottom one is the one introduced by #687.
This PR fixes this issue, while also making the PK3's slightly smaller using ECT and PNGOUT.
