ISA RO-Crate Profile v0.1

Inital version of the ISA RO-Crate Profile. This release contains:

• A mapping between ISA terms and RO-Crate (schema.org & bioschemas) terms. It is given in tabular form.
• The corresponding profile describing the underlying data model, related changes to the bioschemas specification and the contained types with required or recommended attributes in schema.org or bioschemas vocabulary.
  • The data model is described in graphical form.
  • New/Adapted types: LabProtocol, LabProcess, Dataset.
  • Specific profiles (required/recommended attributes) are provided for all ISA types.
