Update Pango color ordering

The previous Pango color ordering hadn't been updated since March 9 resulting in a lot gray for recent lineages. Here, I grabbed the JSON from nextstrain.org/staging/nextclade/sars-cov-2/ and cut out Pango lineage names in the order they appear in the tree.
