Use Asciidoc + bootstrap (from Dan Allen and Laurent Laville) to make NUT website responsive

Closes: #30

The intent is to have the NUT website adapted to mobile devices
and smaller screens than PC.

As per my original research for NUT, and actual application to
the 42ITy project

It generates the same filename as .html, and align for jumbotron
integration

Sub-sites may need some better alignment though

Remainders:

  • missing menu

    • Download
    • Features
    • documentation
  • Some URLs vanished (download, doc)

  • Support sub menu doesn't work

  • Footer to be restored

  • Adapt HCL

  • Back to blue?

  • Missing reference target (from bootstrap.conf):

Generating source/old/smartupstools/index.html due to: source/old/smartupstools/index.txt bootstrap.conf historic-release.txt
asciidoc: WARNING: index.txt: line 5: {include:/home/jim/nut-website/source/old/smartupstools/navinfo.html}: file does not exist

Looks serious :) I wonder if the "historic release" sub-sites should remain in old design? Other than renaming of website.txt -> index.txt there do not seem to be many obstacles to having the same Makefile.am generate both styles...

@jimklimov discussing with a fellow of my new team, he pointed me at Antora, an Asciidoc based system that would better fit that rewrite, while building over the current work.

Check https://gitlab.com/antora/demo and https://gitlab.com/antora

Kind reminder: I'm still retired, on both sides ;)
