Large refactoring

This PR does the following:

• Remove SSG
• Remove Mona
• Remove ABT-IO
• Remove clients
• Use new Bedrock Module API (Large refactoring mochi-bedrock-module-api#1)
• Pools are now dependencies in providers

Remaining to do in this PR:

• Find a convenient way to build provider configuration spaces from the larger configuration space that will include them;

Prior to merging this PR:

• Merge Large refactoring mochi-bedrock-module-api#1
• Release mochi-bedrock-module-api 0.2.0
• Merge Adapt bedrock module to new format mochi-flock#3
• Release mochi-flock 0.5.1
• Ensure that any package that depends on bedrock (such as Mofka or HEPnOS) depend on @:0.14.2

After merging this PR:

• Go through all the mochi packages that depend on Bedrock or the Bedrock module API, update their Bedrock module, and release a new version.
• There will be an especially important change to the configuration space of Mofka.
