The fact traits used by the Modbus abilities were not consistent with the sample traits, nor were they consistent with the traits used by the other two OT plugins -
dnp3andbacnet.This PR attempts to make them consistent and easier to follow. For example, it was unclear what
modbus.all.deviceipmeant (specifically, theallportion). Usingmodbus.server.ipis more clear, and is also in line with how thednp3plugin references fact traits.
