This fixes the sacct scraping during connection to
robot.<clustername>.alliancecan.calogin nodes for automation on DRAC.https://mila-iqia.atlassian.net/browse/SARC-337
The main problem is the absence of PTY on these nodes. Had to modify paramiko parameters, + fix a little dates format error in the sacct command line.
