Enable full regression tests in the CI #44

Re-enables the reproducibility tests for algorithms and datamodules in the CI
Moves the regression files to a different folder (.regression_files) instead of placing them next to the source code.
Add an entry in the "files.exclude" entry of the vscode settings for this new ".regression_files" folder.
