This allows users of the library to write their own ConnectionManager
This shows that the library works with a custom connection manager, in this case, a dynamic connection manager with a database url that may change at runtime

This allows users of the library to write their own connection manager. I've also added an example with a custom connection manager, where the database url can change at runtime. It's a separate commit, so it's easy to remove if you don't want to add it.
