Baxter SDK ROS Noetic fork

This is a ROS Noetic/Python3 compatible fork of the Baxter SDK. Please follow the installation instructions described in the wiki of this repository. These instructions will install the SDK components i.e. baxter_interface, baxter_tools, baxter_common and baxter_examples. However, it will not install baxter_simulator and baxter_pykdl. Please navigate to those repositories separately via the links provided below and follow the instructions provided within the respective repositories.
