I found the utils.js 404 issue as #19, so I fixed the point directory in coffee script file.
I then noticed @Sjors mentioned Releases are out of date #22, so I compiled the updated coffee script file to JS and the minified JS file.
Here is the error I saw and the screen after I fixed it.
