Compilation: Required Software

• node.js (http://nodejs.org)
• uglify-js ('npm install uglify-js' or 'sudo npm install uglify-js')

Pre-compilation

• cd remoteprez
• npm install
• cd extension
• npm install
• cd ..
• cd server
• npm install
• cd ..
