@sheindel I would appreciate seeing this merged as it's simply a README modification that improves docs and should not require code review. Its one of my oldest unmerged PRs that I'd like to see finished. |

I contributed #96 and want to put my name on the README for Open Source clout.
With more people using the most current version than the outdated version, it also seemed time to restore the face of the README to a cleaner state, with a description of the package under the title and a formatted alert of the package location change following that.
