* Folders in the form "venv-<service>" will be bind-mounted as virtual environments for <service>. * Folders in the form "platform-plugin-*" or "xblock-*" will now be bind-mounted in edx-platform containers at /openedx/packages. Closes openedx-unsupported/wg-developer-experience#70
