Added code to shift the motor mount vertically so that the belt lines up between the x-carriage, idler and the motor pulley. pulley_teeth needs to be specified in configuration.scad
Shift the position of the motor based on the pulley and the idler based on the bearing so that the belt lines up with the x carriage. Supports 623 and 624 bearings with printed bearing guides. Does not support 608 bearings for idler. 635 bearings must be doubled up and used without a bearing guide.

I changed a few lines in configuration.scad.dist and x-ends.scad to move the motor mount up or down so that the belt lines up from the pulley through the x-carriage and through the x-idler. Please take a look. I only filled in information for the belt_tooth_depth for GT2 and T2.5 belts.
