Minor defect fixes to comm parsing.
- Correct recieve of XT (extended data label)
- Added TC to known command list.
- Added check for ACK(ok) when asking for VC info. (this will be critical for future update and new Sub Plugins.
- Update is backward compatible with all firmware versions to date.
