According to `Annex D: SPDX License Expressions` of the SPDX Specs [1], the idstring shall only contain `ALPHA / DIGIT / "-" / "."`. This renames the custom license accordingly. [1] https://spdx.github.io/spdx-spec/v2.3/SPDX-license-expressions/#d1-overview
