Learn about vigilant mode.

Fixes some bugs in files backend:

  • (Multiple)spaces within usernames/topics or multiple spaces between parameters were not being cacthed.
  • Topics for non existing users were being assigned to the next user instead of ignored.
  • deny permission for topics wasn't available.
