The D-Bus interface org.open_power.HardwareIsolation.Create and method CreateWithEntityPath are not approved. So the code has always remained downstream. The PEL tool will now directly invoke the libguard method for guard creation instead. This commit removes the unapproved unused D-Bus method definition. Unit tested the code. No compilation errors due to code removal. Signed-off-by: deepakala-k <[email protected]>
