Check Function and Struct bindings

The dingo binding check now supports also bindings of function types and struct types.

Flamalyzer initial release v0.0.1

Initial release of the Flamalyzer. The tool provides static code analysis for Flamingo projects.
It's a prototype which was developed as part of my thesis.
