Hi folks,

Thanks for adding local apps feature!

This PR adds aikit to be part of local apps. aikit is a project that aims to create minimal containers from models without any additional tooling but Docker. Images are completely vendor/cloud-agnostic, they can be hosted locally or in any remote container registry. These containers can then be run from your local machine to scaled up in Kubernetes clusters or other container orchestrators.

Creating images: https://sozercan.github.io/aikit/docs/create-images
Logo SVG: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sozercan/aikit/main/website/static/img/logo.svg

aikit supports EXL2 and AWQ by using exllama2 backend too. However, in this PR, I am just keeping GGUF for now, but this can be easily extended later.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can provide or if you have any questions. Thanks!

@julien-c added optional filepath from #738, i am guessing this is already live in the website since llama.cpp integration shows a specific gguf file instead of file.gguf?
