Updated Application Files for Windows

Over time, it seems like the previous game executables have stopped working, presumably due to changes in library support / system settings / etc.

Version 2.3 is an updated executable.

Updated library support for Mac OSX

Due to an outdated library, the previous version of the Mac OSX executable was crashing on the game's title screen in the newest versions on Mac OSX (I recreated this bug on Mojave 10.14.2). Version 2.2 provides an updated binary for Mac OSX to address this issue.

** Note: This issue didn't arise with the Windows version of the game (tested on Windows 10 64-bit bit).

Momo ready for sharing.

In this release, features were added to make Momo more intuitive for those unfamiliar with the source code. This includes:

• Easier armband connection and calibration
• No EMG logging (this took up a lot of computation and storage)
• Streamlined Settings / Options menu
