These charts are nearly functionally identical to each other. This change fixes the formatting between the two so files can be compared more easily to see differences between them. Additionally, settings exist in the values.yaml on the hazelcast chart that were not consumed by the templates, like the license key. This corrects for that. The only functional difference between the two now should be the support for hazelcast persistence.
This also further adds init containers for mancetner and the option to configure Active Directory auth in backwards compatible way.
