支持 HarmonyOS NEXT(5.0.0, API 12):

插件版本升级为 3.0.0，其中 Dart SDK 版本范围为：>=2.17.0 <4.0.0，Flutter 范围为：>=3.0.0
支持 track/setEvar/setVisitor/setPeopleVariable/setUserId/clearUserId 接口，与 iOS/Android 保持一致
track 接口不支持已废弃的 num 参数

Flutter 当前对应版本为： OpenHarmony fork 的 flutter 分支最新版本 3.7.12-ohos-1.0.0 Release
