Release for Grafana-2.5.x.

Fixes

Issue #109 - Annotations editor don't work in 2.5.
Fixed UI styles at datasource configuration page.

Important

All settings from plugin.json file had been removed. Now all plugin configurations can be changed only on datasource edit page.
