Not needed when building with maven but nice when using the NetBeans UI.
where mvn.bat has been replaced with mvn.cmd
Upgraded platform to 12.6

Preparing for a v1.6.0 maintenance release.
This is on par with v1.5.2, but with the NetBeans Platform updated to version 12.6 (or later).
