Fix build errors

`make binary` and tests were failing because of k8s deps

We were replacing k8s dependencies based on containerd 1.6.6: https://github.com/docker/buildx/blob/v0.9.1/go.mod#L62-L64

Containerd in buildx is now 1.7.2, https://github.com/docker/buildx/blob/v0.11.2/go.mod#L10, and uses k8s deps for 1.26.
