Fix some syntax errors

@vanaukenk @kltm I was thinking maybe the PR should be into dev branch first than straight to master branch. SO as to align with noctua dev and production

My standard annotation ShEx is still a work-in-progress, so don't read too much into where I initially put it.
Once we are agreed on a final version to use, we can move the file to the dev branch to test on noctua-dev and then, if all goes well, into master to put onto production.

@vanaukenk ohh I see WIP is work in progress, I thought it was a terminology of standard annotation :) . No problem, I was trying to use it but it was giving syntax errors.
