Migrate dapps-react-app, make a Vara UI based clone, remove
gear-app-startertemplate.In the upcoming PRs it is planned to utilize
@dapps-frontend/uicomponents, specificallyWallet. But before that, some refactoring is required to share the logic across Gear and Vara UIs in a more sustainable way.
