feat: cheqd explorer upgrade to v2 [web-cheqd]

Description

This PR intends to upgrade frontend for the cheqd chain v2 upgrade:
https://bigdipper.live/cheqd/proposals/48

Note: proposal and params page cannot be viewed since v2 cheqd chain has different database schema, it should work properly after upgrade on cheqd chain and callisto on this Thursday.

Conflicted with #1324, this PR does not work on Cheqd, it leads graphql:codegen fails. In addition, there is no metadata definition related message_by_type inside current callisto branch:
