For use skelitify you need to

npm install -g skeletify

Initialize your project with

mkdir yourproject
cd yourproject
skeletify install
npm install
npm install -g gulp

Commands ready to use

gulp eslint // Test your code with google guide
gulp build // Build your js / css
gulp watch
