  • Updates the deployment mechanism of this website (GH workflow and nomad job) to use OCI
  • Updates the docs spin.toml manifest with minimal naming changes necessary for using Spin v2 (see chore(docs): manifest v2; redirect module to v0.1.0 #2118 for a follow-up to fully convert to v2 manifest syntax)

Ready for review (identical pattern to refactor in fermyon/bartholomew#185).

I'll remove the testing lines in deploy-website.yml prior to merge. done
