AspenTech repo migration

Motivation

• Automatic semantic commit/release
• Dependency isolation / splitting components

Migration plan

1. Fork existing webviz-subsurface-components repo. Remove "webviz" prefix.

2. Mono-repo: separate packate.json, NPM package and versioning per component. Cf. equinor/design-system

3. Delete unused components, delete old demo

4. Update Readme

5. Create AspenTech project

6. Transfer issues

7. Transfer wiki(?)

8. Add semantic commits/release/changelog
