@romeokienzler looks like US is already on summer / daylight savings time. Please double-check both times.
i.e. whether 16:30 or 17:30.
8:30 Pacific DST is fine, we just have to keep in mind it's 7:30 in winter on the West Coast ... not so bad for the folks further east, though in terms of when to get up in the morning :-)
I think for us in Europe, it does not matter much, whether later or earlier in the afternoon to me is no issue.

i.e. whether 17:00 or 18:00. In any case, for a given period of a few weeks each year, it'll mean we in Europe are off by an hour, middle vs end of March ...

I don't have a problem adjusting to that, we can keep Pacific Daylight Time / summer time U.S. as the base reference, i.e. 9 am Pacific time would be fine, too.
