little advice, we got a brand new way to trigger nightly build, please take a look on the other tech repos, e.g: https://github.com/eclipse-edc/Technology-Aws/blob/main/.github/workflows/nightly.yaml

Why it does that
This workflow builds the project and publishes the Maven Artefacts.
