Fonts handling U and V

Some fonts have retro-style U/V handling functions in OpenType features, often along with Latin language tag, currently used in this project. For the time being, it could be better to input V/u/v manually with a font without Latin tag or to write lua codes to append features.
- Uppercase & smallcaps: V;
- Lowercase:
- Initial: v;
- Medial & finial: u.
More info will be welcome!
- Duffner's EB Garamond has it via both Latin tag & stylistic set, & is currently used, but its replacements overwrite smallcaps & alike.
- Duffner & Pardo's EB Garamond 12, having re-organised Duffner's features, doesn't have it fully functional: it replaces all lowercase u with v;
- Miller's Garamond Libre has it functional via Latin tag, but it wholly nullifies smallcaps & alike;
- Libertinus by Khaled Hosny & co. seems to have no such functions.
