Wrapper code that retrieves select record info for a list of UniProtIDs

Installation

pip install -r requirements.txt

Running

python3 uniprot_wrapper.py -f uniprot_test

or

python3 uniprot_wrapper.py -f uniprot_test -o output_file.json
