Cannot create any "aws_vpc_security_group_ingress_rule" resource

Describe the bug

Cannot create any "aws_vpc_security_group_ingress_rule" resource:

• This type of resource doesn't exist in the component list of the draw view
• When added in the text view it cannot be drawn

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the text view
2. Add a "aws_vpc_security_group_ingress_rule" resource
3. Switch to the draw view
4. See that the resource cannot be drawn

Expected behavior

The "aws_vpc_security_group_ingress_rule" type resource should be added via both draw view and text view.
