Druggability databases is a collection of files for use with our druggability tool, matching genomic variants with cited oncological treatments and clinical trials.
The expected installation method is described at the druggability tool repository whereby the databases are installed into subdirectory druggability_databases as specified in myglobal.py. Alternative locations can be specified by git-cloning druggability_databases to the desired location and then updating DRUGDBDIR in myglobal.py.
