Few small updates around geography:
I've added all the above to the look-up tables, with the latter two being implemented as combined areas in line with ONS guidance (https://geoportal.statistics.gov.uk/datasets/ons::guide-to-presenting-statistics-for-administrative-geographies-may-2023/about).
