Added road generator back for UE 5.3 and 5.4
The free VA Rest plugin is required to be installed and enabled. You install it from the marketplace here https://www.unrealengine.com/marketplace/en-US/product/varest-plugin

It is very experimental and will mess up some roads and miss some. So, I am not sure how useful you may find this. But you can play around with it and if you have any fixes, please submit a pull request. I probably won't work on this anymore as I am not sure how to fix these issues.
