A provisional tag is currently used, the correct tag creation procedure will be implemented later.
Done to check if Travis CI sees the commented out lines
Change all occurences of "full" to "spv" in the new file
It was hidden in order to avoid running the corresponding tests. It will be brought back after the full node tests are all successful.

This PR brings the necessary changes to the full node in order to accommodate for the addition of the SPV node later on.
