Change the default-python template to not set the
catalogfield for the pipeline for workspaces that sethive_metastoreas the default catalog. The Pipelines service currently returns an error when that value is used for thecatalogfield.This is the most simple fix for this issue, which was reported by a customer. As a followup, we should look at whether we want to prompt for a catalog instead, possibly just for this specific scenario.
